The Oléron Island and Marennes Basin Tourism Office aims to raise awareness among business and community leaders about certification and classification processes.

• "Tourism and Disability" Offer: Support and certification visits in collaboration with Charentes Tourisme

The tourist office is committed to providing accurate information on the existence of classification and certification systems ( timelines, costs, criteria to be met, etc.) for tourist accommodations, as well as contact information for relevant services and resource persons based on the specific label.

Certification programs serve a dual purpose:

• They often support businesses in their quality improvement efforts by providing personalized guidance and advice throughout the various stages of their project. In doing so, they guarantee customers a service that meets the standards set by the certification.
• Most of them develop promotional materials that enhance the visibility of the establishments.
