Are you organizing an event? Send us the details!

Would you like your event (concert, exhibition, show, food festival, sporting event, etc.) to appear on the Tourist Office’s website and those of our partners? Below you’ll find a form to fill out so we can feature your events on our platforms. Once submitted, your event must be approved by the Tourist Office before it goes live. For editorial reasons, the Tourist Office reserves the right to modify, accept, or reject your request.

Please note: This form is for sporting events, recreational activities, concerts, festivals, etc. It does not apply to religious or political events, general assemblies, or internal meetings.

Here are a few guidelines for filling out this form and promoting your event effectively:

• The event name should be as clear as possible and indicate the type of event using the format below (include colons, but omit quotation marks):
  Type: Event Name – Additional Information (if any) (e.g., Concert: Music at the Palace – Mozart Evening).
• The short description should provide an overview of the event as a whole without repeating information from the title or other details entered elsewhere (times, location, etc.).
• The detailed description should not repeat the text from the short description but should expand upon it. It should not include details listed elsewhere (times, location, etc.).
• We can only approve events that include an image to illustrate them; therefore, you must include a high-quality photo or image (no scans) rather than a poster with text. Please note the size requirement: photos must be at least 1,000 pixels on the longest side. Landscape-format photos are preferred.
• The image must be royalty-free, and you must have the right to distribute it. If we encounter any copyright issues, you will be held responsible.
• Please note: only events related to the 14 municipalities of the Pays Marennes Oléron may be submitted. For other municipalities, please contact our colleagues at the relevant tourist offices.
