Maison Paulette is close to the shops of La Brée-les-Bains (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, etc.), as well as a daily market in season and during school vacations. It opens directly onto a discreet beach, popular with families and surfers alike, offering a breathtaking view of the Ile de Ré, Fort Boyard and the Ile d'Aix. It's just a stone's throw from the cycle paths leading to the island's magnificent beaches (Huttes, Saumonards) and the Saint-Denis marina, which offers a sea link to La Rochelle as well as a wide range of water sports (catamaran, jet-ski, windsurfing).



The house has 4 bedrooms: - 2 with double beds: one 140 × 190 and the other 160 × 200; - 1 with 2 single beds 80 × 200; - 1 with 1 bunk bed for 2 people and 1 single bed 110 × 190.



It also includes: - 2 living rooms, 1 with a single sofa bed, the other with a fireplace, wide-screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and cable access via the Free box; - 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in showers (please note: both bathrooms are adjoining bedrooms); - 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, coffee maker, food processor, toaster, kettle, etc.), which opens onto - 1 veranda with a view of the garden.), opening onto - 1 veranda with a large dining table and a winter lounge; - 2 WCs; - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, food processor, bread maker, ironing board and iron. The house has Wi-Fi and fiber optics. Garden furniture, wood for the fireplace and a barbecue are provided. The house is ideal for family vacations with young children: the garden is enclosed and very spacious. The house has been in the family for over a century. It's a house that's lived in, not just rented out. We love to hunt for beautiful old crockery and furniture. We are gradually renovating the house, but one or two rooms are still in their original state. Tea towels, bath towels and table towels are provided, but not bed linen. There is an extra charge for cleaning at the end of your stay, which costs €120. Please leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness, and clean the dishes and appliances.
