Welcome to Villa La Bergeronnette! Discover Villa La Bergeronnette, our family home located halfway between the picturesque beaches of La Perroche (10 minutes by bike) and La Rémigeasse (less than 5 minutes by car). The lively shops of Saint-Pierre and La Cotinière are also just a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity, in a peaceful neighborhood ideal for quiet nights and relaxing days. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. With three welcoming bedrooms, it's the perfect place for large families or getaways with friends! The interior of the house combines modern touches with vintage elements, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the first floor, the spacious living area includes a living room, dining room, study, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and pantry. On winter evenings, enjoy the warmth of the pellet stove, for a cosy atmosphere in the living room.
Also on the first floor is the master suite, with a 180cm bed, dressing room, shower room and private terrace. Upstairs, there's a sitting area perfect for reading or relaxing, as well as the second bedroom with a 180cm bed, desk and access to the balcony terrace; and the third bedroom with three 90cm beds (or one 180cm bed + one 90cm bed) and access to the balcony terrace. There's also a shower room with double basin, shower and WC. A landscaped outdoor area awaits you, ideal for barbecues, sunbathing and al fresco evenings. Enjoy a large wooden table with chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs and a gas plancha. A ping-pong table is also available to add a playful touch to your stay. The garage is also available for storing bikes and surfboards. Three parking spaces are also available. Our property is managed by a professional janitor, and the gardener is regularly on hand to look after the exterior. The house is non-smoking, and parties are not permitted.
