Located in the heart of the Charente marshes, in the Marennes-Oléron basin, our speciality is maturing oysters for several months in our Claires. The art of maturing is a know-how that gives our oysters the unique taste of the Merroir. Our values are defined by our desire to work in symbiosis with Nature, respecting the seasonal nature of our products, preserving biodiversity and adopting an ecological approach. We also gather plants that are naturally present on the farm. Our aim is to combine the plant life present on the site with our aquaculture products, hence the name Ferme Marine. DIRECT SALES Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm. TASTING AREA IN THE HEART OF THE MARSHLAND - BY RESERVATION From July onwards, when the sun warms the marshes and the weather permits, our production hut is transformed into a place for sharing and culinary experiences. A few tables, a few benches, the peace and quiet of the marsh and, on your plate, the fruit of our labor, raised and matured with patience and passion. A moment out of time, to enjoy with family or friends. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, lunchtime service only. THE PLACE IS PRIVATIBLE FOR YOUR EVENTS
