Tourism observatory

Since May 2015, the Tourist Office has set up a tourism observatory for the whole of Ile d'Oléron and the Marennes basin.

The challenges are to have precise quantitative and qualitative data on tourist activity (general satisfaction of service providers, booking rates, quantified feedback from tourist reception offices...) and to have a real decision-making tool. The aim is to put in place a real analysis of market trends, which can represent a real management tool for all local professionals, enabling them to position themselves in relation to the current market.
