Equipment included in the price, pools heated to 31°- 32°, lifeguard in the water.
Coastal lifesaving is a profession as well as a sport. It's a fun and varied sport, but also a civic activity that can be practiced by everyone. It's all about learning to help others in a relaxed, friendly and sporting atmosphere.
Rescue courses take place on a wild beach exposed to the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. They are held at low tide for greater comfort and safety.
Open from Easter to All Saints' Day.
