Teams of experts offer relaxing, detoxifying and invigorating treatments: heated seawater pool, hammam, saunas, jacuzzi, massages inspired by the four corners of the world, facials and body treatments... There's a wide range of cures to choose from. Other wellness professionals also offer treatments in their institutes, at your place of residence for a cocooning effect or on the beach lulled by the sound of the waves: foot reflexology, Ayurvedic modelling, beauty treatments...

Wellness as a state of mind

If you need to let off steam and work out as much as you can, there's plenty of equipment available off the famous bike paths. Get some fresh air and combine gentle or sporty walking, in complete autonomy, thanks to forest trails and supervised classes for toning and cardio in our sports and fitness centres. Several formulas are offered during the season, either individually or via short-term subscriptions. Prefer to work out in the water to avoid aches and pains? That's also possible with aquagym or aqua-bike...
