Summer shuttles
The summer shuttle service is back in 2026! This free summer transportation service is organized by the Île d’Oléron Community of Municipalities, in partnership with environmentally conscious campsites and hotels on the island.
The service is open to everyone. It will run 7 days a week from Tuesday, July 7, to Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Destinations served include: the Chassiron Lighthouse, Château d’Oléron, Boyardville, La Cotinière, the beaches of Les Huttes and La Rémigeasse, Saint-Pierre d’Oléron, Le Grand-Village-Plage, and Saint-Trojan-les-Bains…
In Boyardville, the summer shuttle (green line) serves the pier for the Ile d’Oléron–La Rochelle ferry service. It also connects to the main lines of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine regional transit network.
