An ideal home for sharing wonderful moments with your family!
Set on a private, fenced-in lot with no neighbors directly across the way, this 160 m² home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. It consists of two separate buildings connected by a pleasant pergola: everyone can enjoy their own space while still sharing moments of togetherness.
The main building includes:
• 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed
• 1 shower room
• 1 restroom
• a spacious living room with an open kitchen, perfect for cooking, having meals together… or putting the world to rights over an aperitif!
The separate studio, located on the same property, includes:
• an open kitchenette
• a master suite with a double bed, a walk-in shower, and a toilet
• a sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests
Sleeping arrangements: 10 people total
• 4 double beds
• 1 sofa bed for 2 people
All beds and the sofa are equipped with Bultex mattresses to ensure comfort and a good night’s sleep.
To make the most of your vacation
The house features a 9 × 4 m heated pool, equipped with a cover for safety and protection.
The beach is a 20-minute walk away, and shops are just 300 meters away.
Pets are not allowed.
Bedding and towels can be rented upon request.
As for parking, no need to drive around for hours: free and easy parking is available right across from the house, on the side street.
