Single-story house with 70 m² of living space, plus a 40 m² garden, a 30 m² enclosed patio, and private parking for two vehicles right in front of the house, in a quiet location (Vieux Le Grand Village Plage) near Giraudière Beach (one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, lifeguarded in the summer), next to Saint-Trojan in the southern part of the Île d’Oléron.

- An open-concept living/dining room connected to the kitchen, featuring an LED TV (BOXTV Fiber), a hi-fi system with DVD and USB, board games, and a PlayStation 2 with games. High chair available, sofa, coffee table, etc. Free Wi-Fi internet access (fiber) available.

- A bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, children’s bathtub) and an additional toilet under the covered patio.

- A 30 m² covered patio with a Bonzini bar-style foosball table, darts, bicycles (7 adult 26" bikes, 1 children’s bike, 1 bike trailer for 2 children (maximum 45 kg), 1 child bike seat for ages 3–4), skateboards, children’s beach toys... Washing machine.

- A 40 m² private garden with no neighbors directly across, featuring tables, chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 built-in grill.



Parking available for 2 cars in front of the house (private spaces).
