Facing the sea and the beach, this 80 m² house, set in 600 m² of fully enclosed grounds, offers all the comforts commensurate with its 3* classification by Charentes-Tourisme, an official organization. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In addition to 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds), it features a living/dining room, shower room, separate toilet, fully-equipped kitchen, veranda/dining area. Secure outdoor bicycle shed (8m2), barbecue area with garden furniture and deckchairs at the rear of the house. Parking on the property.
In season, electric water heater. Off-season, heating by oil-fired boiler (more suitable for 2 people). Weekly rental from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY (arrival (check in) from 4pm; departure (check out) at 10am sharp or earlier). Privileged fortnightly rental. Rates according to season: 470 to 780 euros Housework optional (100€). Tourist tax payable to lessor on handover of keys: €1.65 X number of adults (exempt -18 years) X number of nights. Deposit: €350 The facility is not suitable for recharging electric vehicles. Two public charging points are available at the La Brée market. Please note narrow passage (41 cm) between wall and washbasin to access shower tray (see photo). Pets are not allowed. Sandpit outside for smokers. Detailed description available on request.
