The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and built-in oven. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a wardrobe, and a mezzanine with a second double bed (140 × 190 cm) and storage space. The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child, and features a modern bathroom with large shower (120 × 90 cm), vanity unit and washing machine, plus separate WC. The maisonette is approx. 29 m² in size and opens onto a private, unoverlooked courtyard of approx. 20 m², furnished with garden furniture (table, four chairs, parasol) and barbecue. A large shared gravel courtyard of approx. 500 m² completes the property, which is entirely pedestrianized for your peace and security. Private parking is available just 25 m from the property. The bed is made up on arrival with a comforter, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the cottage. For your leisure activities, you can visit the beaches of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains: Plage du Soleil and Petite Plage are just 500 m away, while Plage de Gatseau, ideal for young children, is 1.5 km away.
The ocean beaches are around 3.5 km away, accessible by bike path or by road. You're also close to the town center, where you'll find the market every morning and a wide range of shops. On foot or by bike, you can take the forest bike path leading to the tennis courts and the town center (approx. 1.2 km).
