The “P'tit Vertbois,” a 2-STAR RATED property, is ideally located for exploring the island of Oléron.

For a pleasant vacation, it’s close to La Cotinière, Dolus d’Oléron, and Grand Village, with shops just 2.5 km away and a daily market during peak season.

For lovers of scenic bike rides, bike paths are just 100 meters away (a map of the paths is available upon request).

THE ACCOMMODATION: A modern, functional, and comfortable 34-square-meter apartment with a 28-square-meter south-facing private garden featuring a terrace and awning.



CAPACITY: 4 people.

- A living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, range hood, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, drip coffee maker + Senseo, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, griddle…).

- A 2-seater sofa bed (140x190), 80-cm flat-screen TV.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190) on a mezzanine.

- A travel crib and mattress are provided.

- A bathroom (shower, sink, towel warmer, washing machine, hair dryer).

- A separate toilet.

- Outdoor furniture with a terrace in the private garden

- Enclosed and secure parking (access via key fob).

- Bike storage available; otherwise, bikes can be stored in the private garden.

- Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic)

- Miscellaneous: iron and ironing board, clothesline, vacuum cleaner...

- Provided: comforters, pillows, bolster, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors.

Tennis rackets, bocce balls, board games, and paperbacks are also available for your use during your stay.



Rentals are available year-round for a minimum of 3 nights, by the week, fortnight, or month.

The pool is open from April 1 through October 31.
