The property’s location on the island makes it ideal for visiting the villages and markets of Saint-Georges d’Oléron and Chéray, as well as the park, forest, beaches, sea, and vineyards, and for exploring the many bike trails.
The two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm), each with its own dressing table and nightstands. Both bedrooms reflect the island’s natural surroundings. A spacious bathroom offers plenty of storage. There are numerous storage closets throughout the house.
Baby amenities include a crib, a high chair, and a baby bathtub.
The living/dining room is a large, bright space. The extendable dining table seats 6 people.
High-quality kitchen appliances and a fully equipped open kitchen.
There is parking, a bike shed, a front yard, and a private, fenced-in backyard facing southwest, with a wooden deck for al fresco dining. The garden is equipped with patio furniture, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a gas grill/plancha.
Short stays are possible outside of July and August, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
