Welcome to the 4-star Chai Roudou, an old building tastefully renovated into a spacious and welcoming 180m² vacation home, where you can recharge your batteries with family or friends, in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in the charming hamlet of L'Ileau, just 800 meters from the beach. This unique home combines the cachet of the old (exposed beams, stone walls) with a contemporary and cheerful style, designed for conviviality, comfort and relaxation.



The living spaces: bright, warm and well thought-out As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the large open-plan living room, bathed in natural light thanks to its high windows and large bay windows. A spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a tasteful decor combining soft colors, natural materials and vintage touches. A convivial dining room, with a large table that can accommodate all guests, ideal for shared meals or board games.

A fully-equipped, modern and functional kitchen, with a central island, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything you need to cook like at home. A pellet stove adds a soft, cocooning atmosphere for evenings out of season. Count on the air conditioning for hot days!



At night: 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds or, if you prefer, 1 double bed + 1 single bed + a bathroom (with bathtub) - top-of-the-range bedding Storage space (dressing room, large closets) Bed linen and towels provided. An atypical first floor with a suspended relaxation area The first floor is full of surprises: a giant hammock-like suspended net, installed above the living room, invites you to read, take a nap or simply enjoy a moment of contemplation.

A reading corner with sofa and books is next door, and is also used as a playroom for the little ones.
