Formerly an outbuilding of an Oléron farm, Maison Mimosa is a stone chai renovated in 2020, using traditional Charentais materials: lime, hemp, exposed stone and wood. The interior is warm, colorful, bright and calm. The house is ideally located in the heart of a peaceful village, on the main square, 300 m from the beach and at the start of the cycle paths. This pied-à-terre comprises two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds in masonry construction, with a shared shower room for both bedrooms; a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the street. Separate WC.
Outside, a private garden with trees and a low wall provides garden furniture and a parasol, as well as a secure shed for bicycles. The chai has its own independent entrance through a small gate opening onto the street and the garden. Parking is available just a stone's throw away, on the street. 7-day minimum rental during school vacations, from Saturday to Saturday, and 4-day minimum rental outside school vacations.

A deposit of the amount of your reservation will be required on arrival. 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and is non-refundable. The deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the reservation is due for cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of the reservation is due for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.
