Ideally located in the residential area of Les Gaules, the house is nestled in a 1500m² wooded plot (very quiet, not overlooked),

just 280m from the sea and 260m from the forest.

The house can accommodate 6 people.

- LIVING AREA: the living room features a dining area, a TV lounge and an open, fully-equipped kitchen.

There's also a veranda with table, chairs and barbecue.

An outdoor terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, sheltered by an electric awning, is also available.

- NIGHT SPACE: 3 bedrooms, one of which is independent (outside exit), 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 2 WCs.

In the closed garage, you'll find an extra shower (very practical for beach trips), a sink and a washing machine.

Parking for 2 cars in the garden and bicycles in the garage.
