Welcome to Villa Canopée! Ideally situated on a dune, our modern house welcomes you for a comfortable stay just 200m from the ocean. Accommodating up to 8 people, it's perfect for vacations with family or friends. From the moment you enter, you'll be seduced by the luminous volumes and carefully laid-out spaces. The vast living room includes a comfortable lounge and a convivial dining room, open to the outside thanks to large bay windows. Our house is on two levels: the ground floor is mainly dedicated to the bedrooms and TV lounge, and upstairs you'll find the common areas and a master suite. The fully fitted kitchen is functional and equipped to meet all your needs. Our home has 4 welcoming bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so that everyone can enjoy their own privacy. Outside, a large terrace invites you to relax with its garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. Between sea and tranquility, our house is a veritable bubble of serenity, just a stone's throw from the beach. Enjoy an exceptional natural setting and top-of-the-range amenities for an unforgettable stay. Wifi throughout the house (FIBER) Kitchen: fully equipped and furnished (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc. ...).

Linen: for your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) is provided (7-night stays), enabling you to travel lighter and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive. For stays of less than 7 nights, you can rent linens directly from our concierge service (€30 per pair). Parking: 2 parking spaces on the property Pets: one small pet (less than 10 kg) is allowed; an additional deposit of €200 will be required on arrival Parties are not permitted. Arrivals and departures in high season are from Friday to Friday. Tourist tax is applicable throughout the year. A certificate of civil liability insurance will be required. Our property is managed by a professional concierge. Short stays are possible from 3 nights.
