The house is heated by a heat pump, and the domestic water is treated by a softener.

Outside, you'll enjoy a beautiful garden with flowers, a terrace and garden furniture under a pergola to shelter from the sun. Private parking is available at the end of the cul-de-sac, leading directly to the terrace and front door.
This house is ideally located for your vacation! It's just a few meters from the cycle path, 600 meters from the beach, 800 meters from the shops and 1 kilometer from the port. It's also right in the center of the island, so you can visit everything in less than a kilometer.
You can discover the island of Oléron by bike or on foot, in the forests or on the beaches; and enjoy the lively life of La Cotinière, with its markets open every morning in season, where you can sample the local produce from the market or the sea: a variety of fish, langoustines from La Cotinière, oysters, mussels and other shellfish, its nightlife with open shops, craftsmen and musicians all summer long.
From April to the end of June, the rental is open from Saturday to Saturday. From the end of June, it's open from Sunday to Sunday.
