Welcome to Maison Aziayade, a fully equipped 85 m² home, ideal for accommodating 2 to 6 people in a comfortable and bright setting, just 200 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the port of La Cotinière.
You’ll enjoy a spacious, light-filled living room with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen—perfect for spending time with family or friends.
The house has 3 bedrooms: two with a 160-cm double bed and a third with two 90-cm single beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone.
In terms of bathrooms, you’ll find a shower room with a double sink, a second bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Outside, a sun-drenched terrace and a fully enclosed garden allow you to fully enjoy sunny days in complete tranquility. Free private parking is also available.
