Sailing alone with new goals, new horizons to share, the rit mold was born.



My contract with my freedom, my pact with you:



To welcome you with heartfelt smiles at lunch and dinner, 7 days a week from June 20 to September 15.

To offer you my mussels and French fries formula for €9.50, with a choice of sauces, all homemade with the pleasure of sharing in a joy as simple as that of a child.



The mussels are, of course, locally produced by Ets Bastien Clarinard, a shellfish farmer on the Ile d'Oléron, who has not only earned my trust, but also my affection.

The fries are fresh, arriving each morning on site.
