Description
Local offers cuisine based on local produce, with an emphasis on short distribution channels. But what's for dinner? Local offers two different dining options: - The Garden-Bar oysters and seafood: a snack, aperitif or meal based on seafood, concocted by Alain Picasse, a well-known figure in the côtinarde for his knowledge of seafood. Service at the counter and tastings in the small garden or at your home - The Restaurant: seafood, a short menu, local produce, ephemeral cuisine devised by the Chef and his second-in-command around the catch of the day or local meat. Xavier Ksas and Sébastien Renévot, who have worked in some of the finest restaurants in France, offer creative cuisine from their hearts, created daily. Takeaway sales available during opening hours, as well as on 24/12 and 31/12 until 1pm.
From March 30 to September 30: - Lunchtime: La Moulerie de Local, with a unique menu at €20 Main & Dessert (excluding drinks) moules frites, choucroute de la mer, VBF butcher's cut, seafood platter, vegetarian salad or Caesar salad + homemade tart of the day or artisanal ice cream. No reservation required. - Evening: Restaurant Local, with creative cuisine based on local à la carte dishes. Reservations strongly recommended!
