Every lunchtime from Monday to Friday during the summer, Aline and Manu, members of a 4-generation oyster-farming family, welcome you to their oyster tasting hut, where you can sample oysters, clams, prawns and mussels, depending on the season.
To complete this maritime gastronomic experience, they accompany their seafood with local products (wine, pineau, salt, etc.), all served on the terrace in the middle of the marshes.
