Description

Guided tour Treasures of Charentes Villages of stone and water

Your guide will tell you all about the extraordinary history of this walled town, once bordered by the sea. The tour takes you from the Porte Royale to the church, passing by the old forges, the Halle aux vivres and the cooperage, and the Brèche powder magazine.

This tour is open to the general public. Reservations required at the Marennes Oléron Tourist Offices.
