Description
As oyster producers and refiners, we would be delighted to welcome you for a tour of our production facility and to walk you through the various stages of production, from hatchery to plate.
You may choose whether or not to follow the tour with a tasting consisting of:
- 6 oysters, bread, butter, and a glass of white wine (or a non-alcoholic beverage), or
- Seafood rillette, toasted croutons, and a glass of white wine (or a non-alcoholic beverage)
Retail sales available directly at the hut.
