The Association A Chacun Sa Voie offers individual and group courses in singing, meditation, healing and relaxation in the form of workshops and courses throughout the year.

Open from 01/01 to 31/12 the monday, thursday, sunday (all years)

Description

A variety of themes are offered, using the body as a vehicle for the voice:

- The "singing" workshop

- Gospel choir

- Freeing your expression

- Individual singing lessons

Other activities focus more on the mind:

- Meditation

- Mindfulness and concentration practices

- Mantra chanting

- Resourcing through encounters with trees and/or plants

- Breathing" workshops

These workshops are open to all, with no prior experience required, and most are available by videoconference.

Individual and group courses take place at Château d'Oléron. For groups of 6 or more, workshops can be held in other locations on request. Annual membership: €15
