The ideal setting for swimming and water sports, Marennes Beach is also the perfect place to work out or unwind.



Come discover beach tennis, a dynamic racquet sport played on the sand that combines the skill of tennis with the teamwork of beach volleyball. The concept is simple yet intense: each rally is played in the air without the ball ever touching the ground, with a net set at a height of 1.70 m.



A rapidly growing sport, beach tennis has been governed by the French Tennis Federation (FFT) since 2008. Today, the sport has become well-established, with national championships, 16 active regional leagues, and a dedicated license available since 2023.
