Join Aline and Marjorie on a stroll through the oyster beds and delve into the fascinating history of the oyster, from its birth to your plate. An exhibition will enrich your experience by revealing, step by step, all the secrets of oyster farming.
As you make your way through marshes, channels, and ponds, open your senses wide: breathe in the salty sea air, watch the shifting reflections on the water, and discover the full flavor of local oysters. Then, right by the water’s edge, your guide will introduce you to the precise techniques and expertise of the oyster farmers.
Step inside a real oyster shack, immerse yourself in the daily lives of the oyster farmers, and get up close to their oysters, ready to be tasted. A special moment: choose your own, learn how to open it safely… and savor it right there!
To extend the family adventure, a game booklet invites young and old alike to explore the marsh in a fun and interactive way.
