Description
Our tasting hut is ideally located along the Route des Huîtres on the Ile d'Oléron. Here, you can sample our own oysters, gambas and clams, right on the edge of the marsh, for an authentic and tasty experience.
We also offer églades in season, a culinary specialty of Charente-Maritime: mussels cooked in a rustic and spectacular way outdoors, usually on a wooden plank, with pine needles.
