Formerly an outbuilding of an Oléron farm, Chai IØdé is a stone building renovated in 2020, using traditional Charentais materials: lime, hemp, exposed stone and wood. The interior is warm, colorful, bright and calm. With waxed concrete floors, linen, antique furniture and contemporary touches, this accommodation is ideally located, 3.5 kilometers from Saint-Pierre and 2.5 kilometers from the port of La Cotinière, in the heart of the peaceful village of La Biroire, on the central square, 300 meters from the beach and at the start of the bicycle paths. Through the narrow streets, you can reach a family beach that's not very busy, for swimming or even fishing, depending on the tides.
This pied-à-terre comprises two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds in masonry construction, with a shared shower room for both bedrooms; a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the street. Separate WC.
Outside, a private garden with trees and a low wall provides garden furniture and a parasol, as well as access to a bicycle shed. The chai has its own independent entrance via a small gate opening onto the street and the garden. Parking is available on the street just a few steps away. - From April to October, weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of the amount of your reservation will be required on arrival. 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and is non-refundable. The deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the reservation is due for cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of the reservation is due for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.
