The apartment, with its own entrance via Impasse de La Borde, is located on the second floor. This spacious apartment has a comfortable kitchen with 3-burner ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, 140 cm refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, soup mixer and quality crockery. It has a bedroom with 1 double bed, a living room with a sofa, a shower room and separate toilet.

On the first floor, you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There's a sunny terrace with 2 deckchairs and flower pots.

Arrive stress-free, leave energized": that's our motto. To make sure you get the most out of your stay, the beds are made and smell nice on arrival, and the house is cleaned after you leave. Bathroom and kitchen linen are also provided. The most important thing for us is that you feel at home in Au Clos des Aigrettes.

We try to provide our guests with all the practical facilities they may need.

But on top of that, we add comfort amenities; all naturally at the service of your pleasure. Functional equipment: * washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, Karcher vacuum cleaner. * Professional BULTEX bedding, RAPIDO sofa (aloe vera fiber mattress).

We provide a food basket including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters.

Tenants are responsible for the proper upkeep of the rented premises during their stay.

On departure, cleaning is included, but you are asked to leave the premises as clean as possible.

In all cases, appliances (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee-maker, etc.) must be returned clean, dishes washed and put away dry, as must kitchen worktops and tables.

The commune is committed to selective sorting: please put plastics, food bricks, cans and cardboard in the yellow bags, glass in the dedicated glass bin, and paper in the garbage can to the left of the gate.
