THE ACCOMMODATION: Modern, functional and comfortable 34m2 apartment with a private 28m2 south-facing garden with terrace and awning.



ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY: 4 people.

-Living area with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hood, ceramic hob, microwave, filter + Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge, toaster, plancha...).

- 2-seater 140x190 sofa bed, 80 cm flat-screen TV.

- 1 bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a 90x190 single bed on the mezzanine.

- Umbrella bed + mattress available.

- Bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine, hair dryer).

- Separate WC.

- Garden furniture with terrace in private garden.

- Enclosed, secure parking (badge access).

- Bicycle room available or possibility of storing bicycles in the private garden.

- Free WIFI access (fiber)

- Miscellaneous: iron and ironing board, clotheshorse, vacuum cleaner...

- Comforters, pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are provided.

Tennis rackets, boules, board games and pocket books are also available during your stay.



Rentals available all year round for a minimum of 3 nights, by the week, fortnight or month.

The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 15.
