Single-story house with 74 m² of living space + 40 m² of garden + 30 m² of enclosed patio + private parking for 2 vehicles adjacent to the house, in a quiet location (Vieux Le Grand Village Plage) near Giraudière Beach (one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, lifeguarded in the summer), next to Saint-Trojan in the southern part of Île d’Oléron.



Well-insulated house (double-glazed windows + shutters), electric heating (radiant panels), and a wood-burning stove.

- 3 bedrooms for 6 people (Bedroom 1: a 140 cm bed with a wall-mounted closet and a large wall-mounted TV with an Amazon Fire Stick; Bedroom 2: a 140 cm bed with a dressing shelf and a shower room/toilet; Bedroom 3: a 140 cm and 90 cm bunk bed, a travel crib, and a wardrobe).

- A fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, gas-electric stovetop, range hood, fridge-freezer) with a wood-burning stove (firewood provided).

- A living-dining room open to the kitchen with an LED TV (BOXTV Fiber), a Hi-Fi system with DVD and USB, board games, and a PlayStation 2 with games. High chair available, sofa, coffee table, ... Free Wi-Fi internet access (fiber) available.

- Two bathrooms (sink, shower, toilet, children’s bathtub) and an additional toilet under the covered patio.

- A 30 m² enclosed covered patio with a Bonzini bar-style foosball table, darts, bicycles (7 adult 26" bikes, 1 children’s bike, 1 bike trailer for 2 children (maximum 45 kg), 1 child bike seat for ages 3–4), skateboards, children’s beach toys... Washing machine.

- A 40 m² private garden with no neighboring buildings, featuring tables, chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 built-in grill.



Parking for 2 cars in front of the house (private spaces).
