Traditional cooking

Our tasting hut offers tastings of oysters and seafood. Set up along the Chenal d'Ors, you can enjoy, indoors or on the terrace, the ballet of the oyster boats according to tide times. When mussels are in season, we can prepare "eglades" (mussels on a wooden board cooked with pine needles) to order in advance.
