Tickets are available for purchase online or in person at the various visitor centers in the Marennes-Oléron area only. No reservations by phone—no on-site payment.



How to find your guide?

Across from the “Comptoir de la Mer” store, turn left (pedestrian access only), follow the paved road, and pass the roundabout with an anchor. Ignore the “No Public Access” signs and go through the rising gate. Continue to the bottom of the stairs. Your guide, wearing an ID badge, will be waiting for you there.



Where to park?

Comptoir de la Mer parking lot—No time limit during the off-season; blue zone from June 15 to September 30 (including 2 hours free). This is the closest parking lot for port tours (allow 5 minutes to walk to the meeting point).



The day before your tour, you’ll receive a text message from your guide with all the information you’ll need for your tour!

The tour is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
