In addition to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), it features a dining/living room, shower room, separate toilet, fully-equipped kitchen, veranda / dining area. Secure outdoor bicycle shed (8m2).
At the rear of the house, a barbecue area with garden furniture and deckchairs. Parking on the property.
Oil-fired boiler. Please contact us during heating season.
Recent appliances.
Weekly rentals from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY (check-in from 4pm; check-out at 10am sharp or earlier). Fortnightly rentals preferred.
Cleaning optional. Tourist tax to be paid by cheque to the Trésor Public when keys are handed over.
Electric vehicle: no charging facilities
Please note narrow passage (41 cm) between wall and sink to access shower tray (see photo).
Pets are not allowed. Sandpit outside for smokers. Detailed description available on request.
