Swimming lessons are available for children aged 4 and over, in pools heated to 31 degrees, with only 1 pupil for 1 lifeguard.
Coastal lifesaving is not only a profession, it's also a sport. It's a fun and varied sport, but also a civic activity that can be practised by everyone (aged 7 and over). The aim is to learn how to provide first aid in a relaxed, friendly and sporting atmosphere.
Rescue courses take place on a wild beach exposed to the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. They are held at low tide for greater comfort and safety.
