Local offers cuisine based on local produce, with an emphasis on short distribution channels.
But what's for lunch?
Local offers two different restaurants:
- Le Garden-Bar huîtres et Fruits de mer: a seafood snack, aperitif or meal concocted by Alain Picasse, a local figure renowned for his knowledge of seafood. Service at the counter and tasting in the small garden or at your home.
- The Restaurant: seafood, a short menu, local produce, ephemeral cuisine devised by the Chef and his second-in-command using the catch of the day or local meats. Xavier Ksas and Sébastien Renévot have worked in some of the world's finest restaurants, and offer creative cuisine from their hearts, created daily.
Takeaway available during service hours, and also on 24/12 and 31/12 until 1 p.m.
From March 30 to September 30
La Moulerie de Local lunchtime menu: €20 main course and dessert (excluding drinks) mussels and French fries, sauerkraut, VBF butcher's cut, seafood platter, vegetarian salad or Caesar salad + homemade tart of the day or artisanal ice cream.
WITHOUT RESERVATION
And in the evening, it's Restaurant Local with its creative cuisine based on local à la carte dishes.
