Description
For one evening, at La Source—a magnificent stone wine cellar—we invite you to enjoy a moment of relaxation through sound. This event is open to everyone, whether you’re already familiar with this type of activity or are discovering its principles for the first time.
What can you expect?
Lying down, comfortably settled, you’ll let yourself be carried away by the vibrations of instruments (singing bowls, gongs, chimes…) that resonate within the natural acoustics of the stone wine cellar. No need to do anything, no specific posture to maintain… just let yourself be lulled by the sound and breathe.
No prior experience is necessary: come as you are, whether you’re curious or simply looking for a moment to unwind. This is not a therapeutic session, but a break for relaxation and well-being.
