Description
Our festival brings together local farmers right after the harvest of the famous “Saint-Turjan” onions
so you can stock up on this prized bulb for the winter.
This event will bring together local producers who will be selling the famous Saint-Turjan as well as their own fruits and vegetables.
A renowned chef, a member of the National Academy of Cuisine, will be present all day.
He will host culinary demonstrations and tastings, with
roughly every hour.
Regional artisans will offer wines, beers, preserves, cured meats, herbs, bread, flour, cheese, eggs, mushrooms, cookies, jams... To take away or enjoy on-site.
You can sample oysters, crêpes, mussels & fries, grilled pork, mushroom fritters, tartes flambées with Saint-Turjan cheese, vegetable dishes, ice cream, and more.
Herbs and vegetables will also be available.
Various organizations will be on hand to showcase their activities.
