With Bilout and Jean Courtes Pattes, as part of the Heritage Days program.
Marcel, a salt worker by trade, has been roaming the marshes for a long time, and his parents long before him. He knows the history of the marshes so well, it's passed on in the evening.
His friend Raymond, galope chenaux, is an oyster farmer... in his spare time, he knows all the periwinkles by their first names. As time goes by, they'll tell you a tasty tale of salt and oysters.
