Description
An evening dedicated to taking action!
Screening of the documentary (IN)action
A winner at the Deauville Green Awards Festival and broadcast on Ushuaïa TV in April 2025, this film explores a central question: What drives us—or holds us back—from taking action on climate change?
Synopsis:
Through intimate personal accounts and an intergenerational perspective, (IN)ACTION does not point fingers but explores our emotions, our contradictions, and the drivers of our actions.
A documentary that invites us to move beyond guilt and focus on what each of us can do, at different levels: individually, within a social group, or even at the systemic level.
By bringing three family members on camera with them, they hope to reignite dialogue on the topic of planetary boundaries. Three people representative of a society full of contradictions, who are confronted with barriers to change.
Dr. Bonnet’s Consultation, an “Optimologist”—a funny and interactive talk where action-oriented optimism is prescribed without moderation. An antidote to gloom, a new, enhanced formula to help us take action against climate change, recharge our positive energy with a solution-oriented mindset, and adapt to a world in constant flux. Dr. Bonnet, the world’s only “Optimologist,” will put his talents to work to deliver a unique therapeutic experience addressing today’s challenges.
Jean-Marc Bonnet is an entrepreneur, speaker, and trainer. He gives lectures on positive thinking and adapting to change. Committed to “optimism in action” for the past 15 years, he is also a member of the League of Optimists of France.
