Description
These starry shapes are inspired by dandelion seeds, which travel great distances, carried by the air. The Anemochores flock to the skies above the Maison éco-paysanne, flying and clinging when they encounter an obstacle, such as a tree or wall. A gradation of warm colors dresses them, bright colors rarely found in the landscape except in the shimmer of flowers. The ephemeral work is composed of natural elements: bamboo and latex paint. Marie-Hélène Richard creates in-situ installations that are at one with the places from which she draws much of her inspiration. This nomadic artist questions our relationship with nature, ecology and man's place in the landscape. Her creations play with weightlessness, seeming to stop time and surround the viewer. The proposals are always new, and inhabit the landscape before returning it to its original appearance after a few months.
