Behind every bite, there's a meeting: that of a producer in love with his land and a restaurateur inspired by local riches. Twelve duos, twelve recipes, twelve ways of highlighting the island's tastiest products: marsh flower of salt, strawberries, seaweed and marsh beef.

This project is supported by the Communauté de communes de l'île d'Oléron, through its Sustainable Agriculture and Food Department, to promote simple, generous and resolutely local cuisine.
