It's autumn when the colors are at their most beautiful in Marennes-Oleron! Brick oranges or lighter tones, a shimmering palette caresses the Oleron coastline. We never tire of admiring the reflections of the sunset on the Chassiron lighthouse or the ramparts of the Brouage citadel. A sight not to be missed!
2. Bird migration
A veritable haven of peace for many birds, until mid-November certain species of migratory birds return to Marennes-Oleron. It's the perfect opportunity to meet them, stroll around (discreetly) and admire their ballet.
