Arrivals and departures are from Friday to Friday in July and August! Family home with heated swimming pool, garden & games room. Treat yourself to a convivial interlude on the Ile d'Oléron, in this house designed to share real moments together. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the living room, bathed in light, with its open volumes and exposed framework that add to the charm of the place. The living room, organized around the fireplace, invites you to relax, while the bar area and open kitchen naturally prolong moments of conviviality. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 comfortable bedrooms, ideal for vacations with family or friends. Inside, the house has a large living room with fireplace, a sitting area with TV. A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas hob, hood, nespresso machine (classic capsule) and classic coffee machine (ground coffee). A bar area where you can prepare lovely mocktails and cocktails for the whole family!

Bedroom 1: 140cm bed + 1 small bunk bed Bedroom 2: 140cm bed Bedroom 3: 2 90/200 beds 1 bathroom with double basins, shower, towel dryer 1 separate WC Linen provided (sheets and towels) You also have a laundry room on the first floor: washing machine and tumble dryer.



Outside, you'll find everything you need to make the most of the warm weather: a large garden to get together in, a heated swimming pool (May to September) to cool off in at any time, with its outdoor shower, deckchairs, a pétanque court for late-night games and an outdoor kitchen to extend your summer meals, with a charcoal-fired barbecue, sink and extra fridge. Between two activities, the hammock awaits you for a quiet moment in the shade. To complete the experience, an indoor games room will allow everyone to have fun, whatever the time of day, with table tennis, table soccer and darts. Parking: 2 parking spaces / indoor parking possible or outdoor parking also on the property.



Every space has been designed to make your stay pleasant and functional, just like at home. Parties are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking (outside possible). Our house is managed by a professional concierge.
