Nestled in a quiet street, this recently renovated house combines vacation spirit, modern comfort and meticulous decoration, to offer you an experience as pleasant as it is relaxing, with family or friends. The house has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed for the comfort of its occupants. Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm) - Bedroom 2: double bed (160 cm) - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm) - Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160 cm) For added comfort, two shower rooms are available, both equipped with showers, basins, mirrors and storage. Perfect for group stays with no waiting or jostling. Fully-equipped kitchen & convivial living room The open kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full set of crockery...

The adjoining living room offers a cosy space with sofa, TV, board games and plenty of natural light. Enclosed garden, veranda & barbecue Outside, it's time to relax! The enclosed garden invites you to soak up the sun on the deckchairs, share an aperitif on the veranda or organize a dinner party around the barbecue. An outdoor shower is at your disposal for when you return from the beach. Telecommuting space & parking A dedicated office area enables telecommuters to stay connected in complete tranquillity thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi. You just pack your bags, and we'll take care of the rest! Rates vary according to the season: Base 945 euros per week Off-Season, and High Season from 1400 euros to 1960 euros per week. The tourist tax is applicable all year round from January 1, 2024. Household linen is provided: sheets and towels + bath mats and tea towels. The amount will be indicated at the time of booking.
