This spacious and welcoming house can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people, for your getaways with family or friends.

It consists of two parts: a main house of 108m² with a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms on either side, each with its own shower room and toilet, offering private space for everyone. In the garden, an independent 20m² studio with bedroom, bathroom and toilet.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the rustic elegance of this home, whose traditional charm is enhanced by a touch of modernity. The house opens onto a spacious living room bathed in natural light, where you can relax in comfort after a day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family to enjoy around the dining table. There's a garden table under the covered terrace for shade at any time of day, and a stone-built barbecue. And for young and old alike, there's a ping-pong table, deckchairs and outdoor armchairs, as well as a bike shed. The first bedroom has a double bed (160cm), a desk and an en-suite shower room with separate shower, washbasin and WC; the second bedroom has two single beds (90cm) that can be made into a double bed (180cm), as well as a trundle bed and a desk, and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

The studio has a double bed (160cm), and a bathroom with shower, washbasins and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the dining room for up to 8 people, and the living room has a sofa, armchairs and a TV. Outside, you'll find everything you need, including a garden table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs and a ping-pong table. The house is heated during cooler periods. The strong point of the house is that it's made entirely of stone, which keeps it cool naturally in hot summers.
