This spacious and welcoming house can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people, ideal for a getaway with family or friends.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be seduced by the rustic elegance of this stone house, whose traditional charm is enhanced by a touch of modernity. The house is heated during cooler periods, and keeps its coolness naturally in summer thanks to its stone walls. Wifi is available throughout the house, which is divided into two distinct sections. The 74 m² main house includes a large, bright living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room that can seat up to 8 people, and a sitting area equipped with sofa, armchairs and TV. There are also two bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, offering privacy for all. The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a desk and an en-suite shower room with separate shower, washbasins and toilet. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds that can be made into a 180 cm double bed, a trundle bed, a desk and a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasins and toilet. An independent 18 m² studio completes the ensemble. It features a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasins and WC. Le Clos des Agapanthes also boasts a magnificent garden, a veritable green setting in which to relax. Richly planted with flowers, it offers an enchanting setting for enjoying the sunny days to the full. You'll find a garden table under a covered, shaded terrace, a stone-built barbecue and all the furniture you need: garden furniture, deckchairs and outdoor armchairs. A ping-pong table is available for young and old, as is a bicycle shed. A laundry area with washing machine is accessible behind the summer kitchen.
