This 90 m² single-storey house offers a comfortable and functional setting for family vacations. It features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial living-dining room, three bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds that can be placed together or separated), as well as a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a fenced-in area with a pleasant terrace overlooking a wooded garden.
Located just 800 m from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron town center, the house is within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the covered market. The network of cycle paths is within easy reach, and a city stadium is just 150 meters away for the enjoyment of older children. 3-day minimum rental from April to early July, as well as in September and October, 7-day minimum rental from Sunday to Sunday in July and August.
